Issue 4: The Liberty Bell

Issue 4 is about The Liberty Bell. This is my first attempt at more of a story line than just a pure time line of significant facts/events. This story is told from the perspective of a Grandpa penguin and his granddaughter penguin named Penny visiting the Liberty Bell in modern times and the Grandpa telling the history of the Liberty Bell.
